| Preferences for all Thoroughbred Stakes: |
| 1. Winner of a Stake race in 2010 |
| 2. Placed 2nd in a Stake Race in 2010 |
| 3. Placed 3rd in a Stake Race in 2010 |
| 4. Winner in an Open Allowance Race in 2010 |
| 5. Placed 2nd in an Open Allowance Race in 2010*** |
| 6. Placed 3rd in an Open Allowance Race in 2010 *** |
| 7. Winner of an open Claiming race in 2010 (highest claiming price preferred) |
| 8. RMTC starters in 2010 preferred |
| ** RMTC placed starters in 2010, preferred first if both horses have same preference, eg. Both horses have won an open allowance race, the winner at RMTC will be preferred over the other horse. This preference will be considered before the years earnings |
| Money earned in Maiden races is not considered for Stake Races. (This does not apply to 2 year olds) |
| *** Preferences 5 & 6 apply in the Spring they do not apply in the Fall |
| ● Horses with equal preference, starters will be determined based on present years earnings as reported by equibase. |
| ● Races considered stakes are if total purse money is $10,000(plus) |
| ● Any stake for less than $10,000 total purse will be considered an allowance race |
| ► An allowance must be a race that is open with no conditions or restrictions |
| -If the TOTAL purse is less than $3,800 it will be considered a Claiming race. The total purse will then become the claiming price for preferences. Eg. Purse Total $3,200 this would then be an Open Claiming of $3,200. |
| ► To be considered as Stake race the conditon must be Open excluding Alberta Bred, Sales Stake "B" Cup races as long as the total purse is $10,000 (plus). |
| ● Thoroughbred stakes open only to Thoroughbreds. |
| Alberta Bred Stakes - To be eligible a horse must be foaled in Alberta. Then the above Thoroughbred Stakes preferences apply. |
| Starter Allowance Series - This is a handicap not classified as stakes: To be eligible horses must have started for a claiming price $3,300 or less. If the race overfills starters will be determined by total earnings in 2010. For 2nd leg starters from the 1st leg are preffered. Then remainder of the field determined by total earnings for 2010. For the 3rd leg starters that ran in both the 1st and 2nd leg are prefferred. Then remainder of the field determined by total earnings for 2010. See attached points allocation |
| "B" Cup Races" - A Horses MUST have at least 3 starts on a "B" track in ALBERTA in 2010 - of which 2 must be at R.M.T.C. -- 2 yr olds must have 1 start on a "B" Track** in Alberta. |

| All original horse registration papers and coggins must be in the race office before entering. |
| This applies to all breeds. |
| ■ Other considerations to fill race may be considered -- Names of races will be added to accommodate sponsors; |
| ■ RMTC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule or change preferences on any stake race at any time. |
| ■ RMTC reserves the right to change date of Stake if deemed necessary. |

| For Horses that have started for a Claiming Price of $3,300 or less in 2010 at RMTC |

| 2nd place 9 Points |

| Payments: $100 TOE Entry fee must be paid at Time of Entry |
| The Following applies to the Starter Allowance Series (This is a Starter Allowance not a stake race) |
| Must have ran for a Claiming price of $3,300 or less in 2010 at RMTC |
| · If first leg splits the top four finishers in each split will be preferred in second leg. |
| · If first leg splits the top four finishers in each split will be preferred in second leg. |
| · A horse must run in all 3 legs to be eligible to receive the bonus |
| · If race does not fill then the stake preference system will apply (see below Preferences for Thoroughbred Stakes). |
| · A horse that sweeps the series (places 1st in all 3 legs) will be given a $500 bonus |
| · If a horse does not sweep then the horse with the highests points will receive a $250 bonus - must run in all 3 legs |

| Horse #1 has 1 win and 1 third = 18 Points |
| Horse #2 has 2 seconds and = 18 Points |
| Horse #1 would win bonus because of his higher place finish |
| Horse #1 has 1win 1 second 1 fifth = 22 points |
| Horse #2 has 1 win 1 second 1 sixth = 22 points |
| Horse #1 would win bonus because of his fifth placing compared to Horse #2 sixth place finish |
| Winner of a Starter Allowance will receive a preference for Claiming $3,300. |
