Paint Stake Preferences for 2010

Open To The World

Preliminary Conditions (further details may be developed)
A. Eligible horses: Only Paint foals registered with the American Paint Horse Association; and registered Appaloosa foals.

B. 3-yr-old and 3-yr-old-and-up races may be combined if 6 or fewer horses are in any one race.

C. 1st preference to the age condition of the race. 2nd preference money won unless specified.

D. All trials are just an opportunity to run must have 6 or more horses; “money won” is the preference for the above stake races (Can and US money is the same for these purposes). Check with Race Office to see if there is trials and the date of trials.

E. There should be a minimum of 6 horses in these Paint / Appaloosa races to have the race go; or “The Paint Committee” may institute other conditions.

F. Nomination Fees for Stakes Races  - - Entry date to start $100

G. RMTC and Alberta Paint Race Association may allow Appaloosa participation in these races based on funding, etc.

H. RMTC reserves the right to change the conditions or cancel, with consent of Alberta Paint Committee.

I. RMTC will write other Paint / Appaloosa races if horses are available, Paints & Appaloosa may also run in some other breed races.

- Original Horse Registrations papers must be in the race office before entering.
Stalls available for ship-in runners.
