Should a fire occur in the barns
-           First Call 911
(make sure that there is not a lot of calls to 911)
-           Advise Fire department of fire in the barn area and they should come in at Bullys Gate (East side or the North East Gate of the Exhibition Grounds
-           Send a person to direct fire truck where to go
-           Have a person(s) make sure the gates on the perimeter of the track are closed.
Gates:
1.         At 7 Furlong (where tractors are)
2.         At the gap across from the Livestock Complex (Blue Barn)
3.         3 Gates at the campground (300 yd & 5 ½ Furlong & 6 Furlong)
4.         Gate at Paddock area

-           If it is safe to go to barns put the horses on the racetrack
A blanket or jacket over the horses head may help remove them from the barn.
-           Make sure Fire Department has access to fire hydrants no other vehicle traffic other than Emergency Services vehicles should be present.
-           Once the Fire Department arrives, they will be in charge of the fire situation and race track personal would help under the direction of the fire department.
